Review Policy
The committee adheres to a stringent review policy for all academic papers submitted to conferences it manages. Below outlines the key aspects of this policy:
Single-Blind Review Process: All submissions will undergo a single-blind review, where reviewers know the authors’ identities but authors do not know the reviewers. Papers will be evaluated based on quality, originality, and relevance to the conference themes.
Review Criteria: The review concentrates on ten critical aspects to ascertain the paper's relevance to the conference scope, its quality and sufficiency for presentation and inclusion in the proceedings, and compliance with the submission guidelines set forth by the programme committee. Details of the review criteria are available via the Review Form shared with reviewers.
Procedure for Rejected Papers: In cases where a paper is initially rejected by a reviewer, a second review is sought to ensure fairness. The final decision regarding the paper's acceptance rests with the conference committee, taking into account the insights from both reviews.
Conference Proceedings: Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, which are published in both print and electronic formats, each assigned an ISBN number for reference and citation purposes.
Important Dates: Submission deadlines and other relevant dates are prominently listed on the conference website for easy reference.
Tracks for Professionals: The conference may feature dedicated tracks for presentations by consultants, professionals, and vendors. While these submissions are vetted by the committee, a comprehensive paper—beyond just a set of PowerPoint slides—is required for consideration.
This policy framework ensures a rigorous, fair, and transparent review process, contributing to the high academic standards and integrity of the conferences managed by the committee.
Receiving Notification
Upon receiving the formal notification letter, please proceed with the following registration steps:
In cases where the paper does not align with the conference topics or does not meet the required quality standards, a rejection notification will be sent.
After the paper successfully undergoes two rounds of the review process, a formal acceptance letter will be dispatched. This letter will include the review form, comments, and any other relevant feedback.
It is imperative to attentively consider and incorporate the review comments to enhance the quality of your paper meticulously.
